These cheesy garlic chicken wraps are the ultimate quick weeknight dinner—juicy shredded chicken mixed with garlicky, creamy cheese and wrapped in a golden, crispy tortilla. Perfect for a cozy family meal or a grab-and-go lunch!


Ingredients

2 medium chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (or use rotisserie chicken)

34 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or a mix of cheeses)

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

4 large flour tortillas

1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing)

1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (or cilantro)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional extras: chili flakes for heat, ranch or marinara for dipping


Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, garlic, cream cheese, and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Warm tortillas in a skillet for 15–20 seconds per side until soft and pliable.

  • Place the filling in the center of each tortilla, fold the sides in, and roll tightly.

  • Brush with melted butter and place seam-side down in a hot skillet. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

 

  • Garnish with parsley, slice, and serve warm with your favorite dip.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap cream cheese with Greek yogurt.

Make vegetarian by replacing chicken with sautéed mushrooms and spinach.

To reheat, use a skillet or air fryer for the best crispy texture.
