- 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions
- Step 1: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Step 2: Add ground beef, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Step 3: Stir in cooked rice and black beans, cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Step 4: Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Step 5: Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Step 6: Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and roll up tightly.
- Step 7: Wrap each burrito in foil or plastic wrap for storage. To serve, reheat in the microwave until hot.
