- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 1/2 cup granola
- 2 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Place paper or silicone cupcake liners in a muffin tin for easy removal.
- Step 2: Spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into each liner, about 2-3 tablespoons.
- Step 3: Add a few berries on top of the yogurt in each cup.
- Step 4: Sprinkle granola over the berries and yogurt layer.
- Step 5: Repeat layering if desired, finishing with a layer of granola on top.
- Step 6: Drizzle honey over each cup if extra sweetness is desired.
- Step 7: Freeze the cups for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Step 8: To serve, remove from freezer and enjoy directly from the cup.
Notes
