- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in diced bell peppers and corn, cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and chili flakes if using.
- Simmer for a few minutes to allow flavors to meld, then serve hot.
