  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp baking soda (for bath)
  • 1 tbsp coarse salt (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour and 1 tsp of salt. Add 1 cup of warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Step 3: Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each into a bite-sized ball.
  4. Step 4: Prepare a baking soda bath by boiling 4 cups of water and adding 2 tbsp of baking soda. Drop the pretzel bites into the bath for about 30 seconds, then remove with a slotted spoon.
  5. Step 5: Place the pretzel bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with a little water and sprinkle with coarse salt.
