Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
  2. Step 2: Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  3. Step 3: Place the potatoes in the Ninja Foodi and pressure cook on high for 12 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Once pressure cooking is complete, carefully release the pressure and remove the potatoes.
  5. Step 5: Open the air fry lid and set to 400°F (200°C). Air fry the potatoes for 10-15 minutes until the skin is crispy.
