Description
A quick and easy appetizer featuring flaky, buttery crescent rolls filled with spicy pepperoni and melted cheese, perfect for parties, snacks, or quick dinners.

- 1 package (8 oz) crescent rolls
- 4 oz sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp dried oregano (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a slice of pepperoni and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end towards the point, enclosing the filling.
- Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with dried oregano if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add extra cheese or herbs for variation. These can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
