Description

A quick and easy appetizer featuring flaky, buttery crescent rolls filled with spicy pepperoni and melted cheese, perfect for parties, snacks, or quick dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) crescent rolls
  • 4 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried oregano (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  3. Place a slice of pepperoni and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese on the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end towards the point, enclosing the filling.
  5. Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with dried oregano if desired.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add extra cheese or herbs for variation. These can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
