Instructions
- Step 1: Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and sear until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Step 3: Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
