A flavorful and simple shrimp scampi with pasta dish featuring garlic, lemon, and butter, perfect for quick and satisfying meals.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions

- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the butter and lemon juice, allowing the butter to melt and create a sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to add a splash of white wine for extra flavor or substitute linguine with spaghetti. Adjust garlic and lemon to taste for a more or less tangy and garlicky flavor.
